Case details
You name the patient. We never see it.
Riverbend Dental sees its own reference. The technician sees only the case code, the age range and the sex. No name, no date of birth, no contact details and no face photo ever leave your practice.
Scans
Intraoral scans, and one exception
STL, PLY or OBJ from your intraoral scanner. Send PLY when your scanner offers it: a plain STL carries no margin line. We never accept facial scans or face photographs. CBCT only for guided surgery, which cannot be planned without one — those cases need a signed agreement with your practice first, and we tell you before you upload.
My cases
Every case Riverbend Dental has sent. Open a row to see the details and the message thread with the technician.
Delivered files
Everything the technicians have returned, newest first. Files stay downloadable for 24 months from delivery.
Billing
One charge per case, taken when you submit it. No monthly fee, no minimum, nothing on hold.

Each line is one case. The total below is the sum of these lines and nothing else.
Invoices
Invoices close at the end of each month and group that month's cases.
